In carrying out our activities, we may share and/or make shared use of your data with certain partner organizations. • Accounting: Our accounting is done by an external firm. As such, contact information such as e-mail, telephone number and the name of the person responsible for hiring us will be shared in order to issue invoices for services rendered, should you hire us.

• Document storage: the documents needed to provide the service are stored in our Microsoft Office 365 account.

In addition, in order to define the optimum retention period, we carry out a technical assessment, taking into account legal aspects and your rights.

To guarantee your privacy and the protection of your personal data, we have adopted advanced technological resources to ensure the security of all data processed by the firm.

Among the security measures implemented are controls on access to work machines, with the use of professional antivirus, individual login access to systems and accounts, barriers against improper access to databases (including firewalls), among other information security controls.
